Main activity:

 

  • development and creation of methods, tools and software for the development of technological and constructive approaches used in the creation and research of the nanotechnological element base of modern micro and nanoelectronics devices;

 

  • organizing and conducting research on fundamental and applied problems in the field of constructing methods and diagnosing modern and promising products of micro- and nanoelectronics;

 

  • the creation of a modern production base for research activity.
