Main activity:

 

  • implementation of fundamental and applied research in the field of development of microelectronic nanotechnology, development of new constructive-technological principles for the construction of products at the nanoscale level;

 

  • monitoring the characteristics of the physical and technological implementation of a promising nanoscale element base of electronic devices for various purposes (nanotransistors, optoelectronic transistors, nanosensors, etc.);

 

  • developing new technological processes, analyzing methods and diagnosing micro- and nanoelectronic products;

 

  • creation of a modern production base for research activity.
